Large Black Hogs — a rare breed worth knowing

The Large Black is one of Britain's oldest pig breeds, prized for its docile temperament, exceptional foraging ability, and outstanding pork quality. At Foxfire, our hogs are born and raised on our farm — never purchased as feeder pigs.

Their pork is known for exceptional marbling, generous fat caps, and deep flavour that commercial breeds simply can't match. When you order a half or whole hog from us, you know exactly where your food came from.
